my story
Hi, thank you for visiting my website, my name is Laurie Koga. I was fortunate to be born and raised in Idaho. Growing up, our childhood family outings involved a variety of activities in all seasons in the back country and wilderness areas of Idaho.
My dad was an avid outdoorsman who had a passion for photography and nature. He instilled that in me and ever since I can remember have had a camera in my hand, documenting the beauty around me.
I have worked in medical imaging for over 30 years, while taking photographs as a hobby. Recently I have become more serious about my photographs and would like to share what I see in nature with others. I hope it touches your heart like it does mine.
